How to Apply

Step 1: Eyes

• Massage by pressing firmly and moving slowly outwards to the temples.

Step 2: Eyes

• Pinch the skin several times above and below the eyes.

Step 3: Cheeks and Mouth

• Massage firmly in a lifting motion towards the ears.

Step 4: Cheeks and Mouth

• Pinch the skin several times at the 3 points shown; top of cheeks, center of cheeks, and sides of mouth.

Step 5: Face Line

• Press several times along the lymph glands behind the face line at the 3 points shown, and then stroke the neck gently from the top moving downwards.

Step 6: Face Line

• Hold the face line with your palms for 3‑5 seconds until you can feel the palm's warmness.
